Strengthen Your Grip Exercises
If you want more pars, let’s go to the gym and strengthen your grip. I share great exercises that you can do at the gym or at home to strengthen your grip and forearms. Plus, I share an awesome leg power exercise so you can go long.
This is absolutely paramount for solid ball striking. We want the lead hand (glove hand), which is the non-dominant hand, to be strong stronger than your dominant hand. The lead hand is the controller of the clubface. And believe it or not, the club is heavy and if you don’t have proper control with your lead hand—specifically with the magic fingers—then you will not be able to properly support the weight of the club throughout the swing. You’ll also struggle to hinge properly or release the club through the impact zone.
