Vertical Hinge Chip Technique (and why it's magic)

If you want more pars, join me on the course as I play this chip shot. I’m selecting my land spot and I show you how to vertically hinge the club so you can get more height and get it close to the pin. This shot is elevated so instead of rolling it to the hole, I’m flying it closer to the hole. In order to do this, I’m adding vertical hinge using my 58 degree wedge. This is a great technique for you to incorporate into your short game.
