This is the SuperSpeed Advanced Protocol No 3 for wrist mechanics (log). So if after the assessment, you discover that you need more lag, then incorporate this training into your general SuperSpeed training.
ASSESS FIRST: Record a video from face on with a driver using your mobile device. Slow motion is the best setting to use. Use drawing tools on your device to measure the angle between your forearm and wrist. Measure at the top of the backswing and the start of the downswing, If the angle increases as they start the downswing you need to work on your lag.
If you don’t see any lag, replace one SuperSpeed training session per week with the ASD3 Sprint protocol. You can stop performing this ASD protocol when you pass the test.
