Get the Movement FIRST (great at-home golf practice)
If you want more pars, let’s head to the wall using my MORE PARS training ball. You can also use just a regular basketball. I like using a ball over a club with this training so you can really focus on the movement pattern versus worrying about having a club in your hand. Get the movement of your body FIRST. That is paramount for solid ball striking. And this session we will focus on EyeLine. EyeLine plays a key role in The Golf Swing so you can deliver the proper impact position where your hands are leading the way. Where players go off, the clubhead leads the way and that’s where ball strikes tank. Instead, let’s get you awesome ball striking. This is a great at-home practice session. No golf ball required.
