This was an on course casual play and learn day. All of the participants struggled with maintaining a connection either in their back to downswing. I pulled out my trusty bungee and got the women connected and hitting it solid.
Towel drill keeps you connected back and through. Place a towel under both arms and hold in place. You should feel a strong connection with your arms and chest. Now swing!
