If you want more pars, let's get your upper and lower body strong. No gym required. This is a two-part series targeting your entire body. All you'll need are mini-bands, light dumbbells, a mat, towels, water, good form and enthusiasm. I'll bring the good form…you bring the rest. So, let's get to it!
