4 Power Body Modules
Your Power Training incorporates four major sources in the body, as they relate to golf: Vertical, Rotary, Chop and Wrist Power.
VERTICAL POWER
Many Tour players jump 3-4 inches and the long driver hitters 5+ (inches) through impact. Vertical thrust creates tremendous explosive power and lots of distance.
ROTARY POWER
The speed at which we rotate our body segments and in what order (Kinematic Sequence).
CHOP POWER
In the golf swing, Chop Power refers to the force and speed of your arms from the top of your backswing and then down and through to your lead side. Long drive hitters are 50 percent faster with their thorax to arm speed than the PGA Tour players!
WRIST POWER
Wrist Power in the golf swing refers to the 3-dimensional planes that the wrist can produce. These include extend, rotate and un-hinge. The best players in the world have incredible wrist speed.
