What is the Swing Plane?
To maximize distance, we’ll optimize your clubhead speed and attack angle. Optimizing these will produce an optimal ball speed, launch angle and spin rate. Understanding why the ball flies and travels the way it does is also a critical component to your Power Learning. Terms you’ll learn are launch direction and curve, face-to-path, launch angle, spin rate, smash-factor, and the relationship between ball and clubhead speed. Combining these factors in an optimal way will help you to maximize your distance!
As with all modules, we will get baseline assessments. Where are you hitting it on the face? What is your kinematic sequence? What is your current ball flight, speed and distance. So, let’s get to it!
