FORCE x VELOCITY = POWER
The rate at which you produce a force—strong and fast—equals power. As golfers, applying this equation can produce incredible distance gains. The first step is to understand what power is. The second is to train our bodies to produce that rate of force—on demand. Force is created by muscles, which is why we need strength. Strength alone cannot produce speed. Speed alone cannot produce force. We need strength + speed to get power.
